The Board's role is to provide independent oversight, help shape long-term strategy, and ensure that management acts in the best interests of shareholders.
Darko Horvat
Chairman of the Board
Darko Horvat serves as Chairman of the Board of Global AI, Inc. He brings more than 30 years of senior leadership experience spanning international finance, capital markets, artificial intelligence, and corporate governance. Mr. Horvat has founded, scaled, and advised companies across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, and has overseen multi-billion-dollar transactions involving complex cross-border investment structures.
He has driven high-impact investment initiatives and steered companies through M&As, IPOs, organizational restructurings, and international expansion.
He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ljubljana, an MBA from Clemson University, and an honorary doctorate from the University of Haifa.
Nevenka Cresnar Pergar
Director
Nevenka Cresnar Pergar is a Director of Global AI, Inc. with more than two decades of experience across legal advisory, corporate governance, foreign investment, and senior public-sector leadership. She is the owner and director of NP Consulting, where she advises multinational investors entering the Slovenian market and supports corporate clients navigating regulatory, legal, and operational challenges.
Ms. Pergar previously served as Secretary General and subsequently as Junior Minister for Public Administration in the Slovenian government, where she oversaw modernization initiatives, administrative reform, and cross-ministerial policy coordination. Her private-sector experience includes senior roles at one of Slovenia's largest private equity funds and service on supervisory boards including the Port of Koper, European Architectural Systems, and LUX (owners of Trimo Trebnje).
She holds a law degree from the University of Ljubljana and an MBA in Finance from Clemson University.

Andrej Rucigaj
Director
Andrej Rucigaj is a Director of Global AI, Inc. and a seasoned investment executive with more than 25 years of international experience in private equity, and strategic advisory. He has led significant investment transactions, turnaround mandates, and cross-border business transformations across Switzerland, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Southeast Europe.
Mr. Rucigaj has deep expertise in evaluating and structuring high-value investments and optimizing portfolio company performance. His background covers multiple sectors — including energy, industrials, financial services, and technology — and he has served in senior governance roles, advising company boards and investment committees on strategy, capital allocation, and operational scaling.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from ETH Zurich.
